Basic sites of 4 pages include the following

4 aspx net web pages one of which can be a "contact page" with a simple form to allow visitors to contact you.
1 www domain registration
A simple custom header
A home page with your text copy and up to three photos
Two other pages using a combination of text and photos
5 domain based mailboxes, available with either web access or pop3 (Outlook)
Horizontal or vertical navigation structure (Menu)
"Tombstone" on every page with copyright statement and page links

Design fees, which are upfront, for the basic site start at $200. The more complex the design, the more expensive.

Monthly hosting and maintenance fees are based on the number of pages and the number of changes you'll need on a monthly basis.
