The first question everyone wants to know is "How much does it cost?" Simple sites of 4-6 pages typically cost around $23.00 to $27.00 per month. We try to gauge how many changes we can expect to make. If the site goes up, and doesn't change much, with 4 pages...generally about $23.95 per month. If you have multiple changes a month, costs could run $49.95 or more. More simply, it's the number of pages X the number of changes.
People also want to know how it works. It's very simple but there are several principles involved. First, this is not "My Space" or "Faceplace" This is not a shared service. We will register a real domain for your site, exclusive to you. If you have a dog grooming business, maybe www.sallysdoggrooming.com is available. These are individual sites that are personalized for you. Search here for a domain name, we'll let you know if the name you want is available.
We also don't use templates. Your site should be as individual as you so you shouldn't need to worry about seeing your design somewhere else. Every site includes a custom designed header and background. We can also create data driven sites that you can update and manage yourself if that best meets your needs.
What's included in the fee? These are turn-key sites that include everything. The monthly fee includes the hosting, minor changes, 10 individual e-mail addresses (sally@sallysdoggrooming.com) - you get the idea... and of course the .com or .net or .org domain name. We'll agree on the set-up fee in advance. I don't like surprises and neither should you, so we'll make sure you understand everything upfront. There are no hidden charges. We can also bundle the build and set up fee into your monthly charges so you can pay for the build over the first year of service.
